1.3 You will need to ensure that the outer packaging is sufficient for the goods to arrive back to us in mint condition.
1.4 Unaltered. The products must not have been altered in any way. For example, if a ring has been resized, we would be unable to offer a refund.
1.5 We can only issue a full refund if all of the above conditions have been met. If they are not, we will only provide a partial refund to a maximum of 85% of the invoice value. In some instances if the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the product to you.
Please allow us 30 days to process your refund.
2. FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product becomes faulty within the first fourteen days of purchase, you will be offered the choice of either a refund or a replacement.
2.1 Liabilities. We will not be liable in any event for any consequential loss or damage arising out of the supply of Goods to you or being caused by the use of misuse of such Goods, unless we are found to be negligent or except where liability is required by law. All liabilities are limited to the invoice value of the products.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
1.1.“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Your Jewels.co.uk
1.2.“You”, “Your” refer to the Customer.
2. Sale and Purchase
2.1.We will sell and you will purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions set out herein. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when we accept your order. We are deemed to have accepted your order when we despatch the goods to you.
2.2.You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from us.
2.3.We only accept orders for delivery to UK mainland and islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Other countries – price on application.
2.4.All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
2.5.We reserve the right to not accept an order, howsoever placed.
3. Price
3.1.All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging unless otherwise specified. As delivery prices vary with delivery location and item weight, this cost can only be determined once the delivery address and items ordered are known. For orders placed via our website and due to our delivery costs, we reserve the right to amend delivery charges for deliveries made to certain areas and other countries.
3.2.Prices are correct at the time of order.
3.3.All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any particular individual or delivery address.
3.4.All offers are strictly subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
4. Payment
4.1.Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling and must be received in full before the despatch of goods.
4.2.We only accept payment by Cheque or Bank Draft at this moment in time.
5. Ownership and Risk
5.1.The products remain in our possession until full payment has been made by you, has been received by us and we have delivered the products to you.
5.2.The risk in the product(s) will pass to you on delivery, as set out in paragraph 6 below.
6. Warranties and Liabilities
6.1.We warrant that the goods supplied will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us.
6.2.We will not be liable to you for any claims that arise out of the supply of our products to you, unless we are negligent, but we will not be liable in any event for any consequential loss, except where this is required by law.
6.3.Our entire liability shall not exceed the price of the Goods, except as expressly provided in these Conditions.
6.4.Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice, Certificate of Authenticity or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part and without any prior notification.
7. Delivery
7.1.Any estimated date given for delivery is provided as an indication only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within fourteen working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, our delivery company or any other third party.
7.2.We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
7.3.All items sent by special delivery are at our discretion. All such deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery brought about by repeated attempts to delivery the products where there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the goods during Normal Office Hours.
7.4.You bear the risk in the products once the products have been signed for.
7.5.Acceptance of delivery of Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Acceptance
8.1.You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and it will be deemed that you have accepted the products unless during the period which commences on the day the contract between us comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning the day after delivery of the products you notify us in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 11 below that the products are rejected or that you want to cancel your order pursuant to paragraph 9 below. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
9. Right To Cancel
9.1.In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which commences on the date the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products.
9.2.In keeping with the Distance Selling Regulations, this Right To Cancel does not extend to:
9.2.1.goods that have been made to specification or clearly personalised (including rings that have been resized); or
9.2.2.items if jewellery that involve piercing (earrings or body piercing) if the seal has been broken; or
9.2.3.goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire.
9.3.When exercising this Right To Cancel after taking delivery of the products, you are under a duty:
9.3.1.to retain possession of the goods; and
9.3.2.to take reasonable care of them; and
9.3.3.to return the goods to us in accordance with paragraph 11 below; and
9.3.4.to take reasonable care to ensure that they are received by us and not damaged in transit until we have received the products. Please note that we must receive goods within 21 days of your notification to us that you are exercising your Right To Cancel.
9.4.When exercising this Right To Cancel, goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition with the original ring box and the Certificate of Authenticity.
10. Unwanted Goods
10.1We are not obliged to accept the return of a product(s) unless covered by your Right To Cancel (paragraph 9) except where the product(s) is faulty.
10.2.We are entitled, subject to our discretion, to accept products that are unopened and unused subject to the deduction of a handling and administration fee of up to 25%.
11. Returns Procedure
11.1.If products are to be rejected or your order is to be cancelled pursuant to paragraphs 9 or 10 above, you will comply with the returns procedure as set out in this paragraph 11. In such circumstances we will accept any returned products should the return be complete and in the case of an order which you wish to cancel should the return be in a fully re-saleable condition.
11.2.You may return unwanted goods pursuant to clause 9 above to us within 14 days of receipt via the form reproduced on your invoice.
11.3.If the goods are faulty, or if you wish to return goods that were delivered to you more than 14 days ago, you must contact us by telephone, or email at the address or number (as the case may be) set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions with details of your original order.
11.4.You must return the goods to us using your own means and you take full responsibility for packaging the goods such that they arrive to us in the condition that you received them.
11.5.You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge referred to in paragraph 3.2 above. We aim to issue refunds in the manner of the original payment however we retain the right to refund by cheque. Goods must be returned and received by us before the refund can be issued.
11.6.You will be liable for the cost of remedying any damage to the Goods returned where such damage has, in our option, been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by you or through your fault. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during it’s return journey.
11.7.Where Goods are returned, we reserve the right to make a handling and restocking charge of up to 25% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required by you and that are not returned in accordance with your Right To Cancel (paragraph 9).
11.8.In cases where the rejection or cancellation is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge referred to in paragraph 11.2. When we receive the returned goods, they will be assessed and should it be concluded that the products are faulty or that there was a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you.
12. General
12.1.If any part or parts of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered severable from these Terms and Conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
12.2.These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the contents of these Terms and Conditions as revisions are binding upon you.
12.3.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or wrongly described goods. For further information shout your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
13. Governing Law
13.1.Your use of our website and any purchase made by you by whatever means of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
